The Richland Penny Program has issued a Notice to Proceed to AOS Specialty Contractors, Inc. to begin construction on the Lincoln Tunnel Greenway Project. The project will begin December 7 and end in summer 2016. The contract award amount is approximately $1 million and includes funding from the City of Columbia and the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism.
